Ours comes in a bottle of 90 capsules. A capsule is swallowed whole with water, so there is nothing to measure or stir. The amount of each ingredient per capsule is listed under Nutritional information.
Capsule or powder collagen?
This is the only collagen capsule in the range. Marine Collagen Powder and Bovine Collagen Powder are loose powders in 300 g pouches. A capsule holds a small, fixed amount, while powder is measured by the scoop.
