Who you are buying from
Nutrivessa is the seller of every product on this site.
Nutrivessa sells every product on this site and is the other party to your contract when you order.
What we sell
Food supplements, regulated as food and not as medicine. We make no health claims.
We sell food supplements. In Great Britain a food supplement is regulated as a food, not as a medicine. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or prevent anything.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
We make no health claims. Only claims authorised under GB law may appear on a label.
Placing an order
Add to basket, check out, pay. We confirm your order by email.
Add products to your basket and check out. Payment is taken when you place the order, and we confirm the order by email.
The product listing, price and delivery terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply to that order.
Prices and currency
Pounds sterling, tax included. Standard delivery is £3.95 on top, free from £35.00.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable tax at the rate in force when an order is accepted.
Standard delivery is £3.95 and is charged on top, free on merchandise subtotals of £35.00 or more. Order before 6pm for same-day dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24, aiming for the next working day.
Prices can change at any time, but never after we have accepted your order.
How a contract forms
You offer when you order. We accept when we dispatch. Nothing binds either of us before that.
- You place an order. That is your offer to buy.
- We acknowledge it. An acknowledgement is not acceptance.
- The contract forms when we accept the order, which we will confirm in writing when the goods are dispatched. Your tracking number is sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
- If we cannot accept, we tell you and charge nothing.
Availability and obvious errors
If stock runs out or a price is plainly wrong, we decline the order rather than charge you.
Stock can run out between your order and our acceptance. If it does, we will not accept that order and nothing is charged.
If a price or description is obviously wrong, we may decline the order rather than accept it. We will never charge you more than the price shown without asking you first.
Cancellation, returns and faults
Nothing in these terms cuts your statutory rights. The returns page sets them out in full.
Your statutory rights are set out in full on the returns page, including the 14 day right to cancel and your rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Nothing in these terms reduces them.
Using the products
Follow the label. Ask a pharmacist or your GP if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.
Follow the directions on the label. Do not exceed the stated daily portion. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, speak to a pharmacist or your GP before taking a supplement.
Any age guidance or warning printed on a label applies and should be followed.
Our liability
We do not exclude the liability the law will not let us exclude.
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
The law of the part of the UK you live in applies, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts there.
Your rights to bring a claim in your own country of residence as a consumer are not affected.
Changes to these terms
The terms that count are the ones published when your order is accepted.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when that order is accepted.
