About
About Algal Omega-3
What is algal omega-3?
Algal omega-3 is an oil from microalgae rather than from fish. Microalgae are tiny water-dwelling organisms. Some species produce an oil rich in DHA, one of the long-chain omega-3 fats. That oil is what goes into the capsule.

Our Algal Omega-3 comes as capsules in a bottle of 60. Each capsule is swallowed whole with water, with nothing to measure out. It is the one omega-3 product in our range that does not come from fish.
Algal omega-3 or fish oil?
Algal Omega-3 and Omega-3 Fish Oil are the two omega-3 products we sell. The difference is where the oil comes from: microalgae here, fish there. Fish oil contains EPA and DHA. The fatty-acid amounts for each product are to be disclosed.
